“LIFE INSIDE OUT” is a feature film about a woman’s love for songwriting, and how hard it is in today’s world to stay true to that passion while still building a life that works. The production team behind the movie is a group of artists who live this story, and will make this movie against all odds. To add depth and character to this film, the production team behind Life Inside Out is on a world wide search for songwriters to contribute music to the film.  This is an opportunity for your song to be heard. All artists’ works will be publically posted on our website and exposed to a large audience across the internet. So even if you don’t win, being part of the open mic will expose your work to a large audience. Should your song be voted best in the category, your song will then be included in the film.

There are five broad genres of music to submit: 
Country/ Folk/ Singer -Song Writer/ Pop
Hip Hop/ Rap/ Rap-Metal, Screamo
Rock and Roll / Punk/ Indie
Dub Step/ Electronica/ Dance
Wild Card (any musical genre)

You are welcome to submit one song per category, in as many categories as you like. There is no charge for submission. If you have a video of your recording, all the better. All artists’ songs will be showcased on our website YourMusicInOurMovie.com

Who chooses the songs?
All the people who participate in our Kickstarter campaign for the movie! They will be voting on their favorite songs the day after the Kickstarter campaign ends.
